The beautification of Redcliffe on Brisbanes North Coast with the construction of a mall in the main street.
PanelTech's roofing system was chosen to supply the panels for this unusual toilet block due to our flexible production techniques giving us the ability to manufacture many types of panels including this job which required laminating 7500m curved corrugated panels.
The panels were laminated in a specially designed jig using pre-curved top sheets and flat styrene enabling us to curve the panel along the length to various radii.
The inside ceiling was finished in white prefinished colour steel with decorative T-section in the joints.
The finished product offers an enormous potential to design combined with the roofing systems many advantages, including an excellent insulation advantage and a high strength to weight ratio reducing the requirement of structural steel works.
This is an excellent example of what PanelTech can offer the architectural market. Applications include any roofing application that requires an aesthetically pleasing curved profile.
