The use of quality panel lock system panel by Panel tech in this pharmaceutical
industry whereby the use in ceilings and walls was to prevent granulated tablet dust from escaping and preventing
any external dust/dirt entering in or out of the production rooms.
No ingredient used in the preparation was touched by human hands from the granulation to the final tablet produced.
All areas of panel after production of tablets and or mixtures are washed down with detergent being floor, walls
and ceiling to prevent any bacterial infestation.
Any penetrations were sealed units with special capping to prevent leakage. The areas had to be smooth and clean
and also called for the use of concealed fitments to support the suspended ceiling and the major suspension beams. |

The area internal was 12m x 6m x 3.6m, 4m x 4m x 3.6m, 20m x 4m x 7.4m
and 7m x 4m x 3.6m also there were external walls as mentioned to the building 18.8m hihg by 64m long in 3 rows
of panel all 100mm PTI panel lock. The areas have a high appreciation of being clinical as required for the application
in both internal and external walls of the building.

- Light weight construction allows for engineering modification
- Availability of useable ceiling space with the use of suspensions.
